Exportable supply is precomputed as total supply minus domestic use minus the smallest ending stocks since crop year 2012, allocated monthly by historical export seasonality, then rolled to commodity crop years (Sep-Aug for corn/soybeans, Jul-Jun for wheat). EU wheat country detail uses Strat Grains; other origins use WASDE. Values are million metric tons.
